The Customer Relationship Management team is responsible for… well, managing relationships. I wrote a range of things for this client including email subject lines and content, landing page content, and display advertisements. Working with third-party developers we included new technology such as quizzes, hotspots and tabs into our emails. We also created a lot of personalized content such as populating a specific seller’s feedback or supplying different content depending upon a user’s shopping habits.
