Newland Communities Websites
Newland creates communities from coast-to-coast for all kinds of families to live life in ways that matter most to them. For this client, we primarily create prospecting, retargeting, and geofencing banner ads, social graphics, and OOH advertisements. However, we recently did a complete overhaul of their community websites, complete with new photos, expanded module layouts and updated brand tone, and voice woven throughout.
Sterling on the Lake
Sterling on the Lake transforms everyday life into lake-resort living – allowing you to connect with your family, neighbors and nature, while you disconnect from everything else – all on your terms. The idea of “Bliss” came out of the incredible value Sterling brings to the market for shoppers (low HOA fees, incredible amenities, variety of builders and price points, etc.) and it adapts to messaging extremely well as the audience or objective changes.
Bexley
“Good. Better. Bexley.” was born out of numerous recognitions by the Southeast Building Conference and the National Association of Home Builders. The message not-so-subtly speaks to our status among the competition as the best. Cocky? A little, but we prefer the word “confident”. And with this confidence we can portray an energetic, vibrant and adventurous brand tone that can be found throughout the site. If homebuyers are looking for a place that connects them to nature, resort-style amenities and a beautiful new home, Bexley is the best.

Our connected, vibrant and fun tone of voice positions us above our competition by utilizing one of our most powerful brand assets – our residents.
